The history of IBM PC

All of us who use computers owe it to ibm's first PC, a model of the industry for over 40 years. The company presented the personal computer on August 12, 1981.

Although it wasn't the first computer the company released, this one was the model of computers we know to this day, including open architecture, An Intel architecture processor, and Microsoft software.

The result was a presentation by the laboratory director of IBM's ELS unit, boca Raton, before ibm's Board of Directors, including its chairman and chairman of the Board of Directors of Frank Cary, in July 1980.

A small team at Boca Raton, Florida, managed to convince and implement IBM's project within a short time presented a prototype to the company's Board of Directors.
